The Dark Angel
Umm, hi.
I know I'm not your idea of a typical 14-year-old girl. My birthday's on 9th February, and I happen to like that date a lot. I share my birthday & birthday month with very awesome people.
I have a thing for heavy music, I love J-Rock and heavy metal. I adore the Visual Kei scene.
I'm an otaku. I spend my days rotting at the computer gawking at anime, manga, music and whatnot.
I'm weird. I tend to like dark and depressing things. It doesn't make me emo or suicidal. People do have their dark moments.
If you're easily offended by gay things, this might not be the right place for you. I love yaoi and you can't change that.
Interesting guitar riffs and shredding are my weakness. You might think guitar's my specialty, but it isn't. I do play acoustic and electric guitar, but piano's what I major in. I play the Guzheng a little too.
And that's about all I have to say about me.

mind twist

This girl is forever random. She might sometimes suffer from moodswings, but most of the time she's feeling... happy? I don't know.
She likes to be called goth and not emo.
She is all for gay.
She has somehow developed a glasses fetish from staring at the picture up there.
When she's feeling sad, she'll go ranting about things and sound like a philosopher.
She is a narcissist.
Red, black and purple are the colours to describe her mood.

-Let me fly;- 9:49 PM

Well I see that this has become a full-blown battle beyond the surface.
I shall very well address this in a systematic manner, from top to bottom of your post dated 31 August, which you would like me to provide a reply for.
You mentioned that you want to catch me online and force an answer out of me, but I guess you were just unlucky or something, because I was out the whole weekend and only until now I'm free.

I guess that talking about my feelings in a round-about or ambiguous manner would not work on you. After all, we keep misunderstanding each other. Yeah, you can complain about me not understanding you. But I also would like to say that you don't know much about me yet, so it's not my fault if I say you're misunderstanding me.

One important thing I would like to say is that, I don't hate Serena.
Sometimes she just annoys me but I don't hate her.
And to your very passionate statement/question: WHY SHOULDN'T THEY HATE YOU TOO HUH
Please do name a few examples of when I was bitchy to her, like in her face. Or was I just bitching about her to you maybe.
I hope you define the word "bitch" and its other forms.
'Cause if I don't say anything insulting to Serena right it her face, or bully her whatsoever, it's not considered as being bitchy to her. So if I wasn't mean to her, why should she hate me?
She is a nice person but sometimes I cannot stand her being emo in class.
Like what you said, "keep workplace matters out of the home, and keep personal matters out of work."
I would definitely appreciate it if she kept her personal matters out of school.
But if that's how she expresses herself, I can't help it either.

Well then, let me start with the first point.

1. Ask Joreen to take a peer nomination form and give it to you to nominate me.
I'm very sorry to offend you but seriously, get your facts right or you'll cause your opponent to fall off her chair laughing.
Hey hey, you get a form, to fill in your own particulars and get a friend to nominate you. So the form Joreen gave to you, is to nominate YOURSELF. I don't give a damn whether you want to get nominated or not, but 'ask and it shall be given to you'. I got the form for my own use. So my point here now is that I don't exactly need you to nominate me. Go nominate me for "the most bitchy person you've ever met". I'll see you try. Go submit a form with that and I'm okay with it. All I need now is either Ms C's recommendation (according to you I'm her pet huh) or Mr C's recommendation. So don't say anything about the peer nomination crap. It's up to you if you want to get nominated, but as I already said, the doors over here are always open and welcome you.

2. You can't even keep a best friend from primary school.
Well I don't know what to say on how much I disagree with you on this point.
The fact is, I still have my best friends with me.
The communication part, how would you know?
Do you tap my telephone lines or something?
I don't want to argue with you on this okay, but you are wrong.
Don't try to make assumptions on things about other people. Unless you live in the same room as me.

3. I don't want a class tee. Be more compromising.
Mm-hmm. Have a private talk with me in my father's car before saying that.
I don't argue about this kind of class stuff without reasons.
And I have a perfect reason, or reasons. In fact, WE have reasons. The people who opposed, all shared the same reasons.
You want to know what?
It's more complicated than you thought it was.
I shall just list the main reasons.
- The design itself. I just wanted something more related to the class. You tell me, those 4 identical boxes with 4 identical girls, what has it got to do with our class? I'm very sure you heard me ask that. Who are those 4 girls? And why is it that the boxes' frames are actually the school values? This is a class tee, not a school tee. I would rather something more unique to our class. Even so, writing the school values in such a tiny font, who would actually bother reading? In fact, nobody wants to know our school values and that's it. We need something which will tell the whole world we are 1C '10.
- The designer. This is a very sensitive subject; the complicated part of it and I don't want to say the reasons here. Only Ginna, Jessalyn, Jia Wen, a few others and I know about this. All I can say is that it's related to the two things I absolutely hate: "Favoritism" and "True Colors." Don't come shooting back at me now. I'm just stating the reasons here why we're opposing in the first place.
Oh, and we only said "NO!" to Ama's question of "Do you even want a class tee?" out of frustration. Although I will really mean that if this stupid thing continues.

The whole class hates me now? Hah. Okay. Whatever, as long as I don't feel it. Can I say something like "I don't care?"
MAYBE ONLY PEOPLE LIKE YOU WILL CARE WHEN YOU ARE HATED :DDDDDDD
SINCE YOU TURNED INTO A ???? BECAUSE OF CERTAIN EXPERIENCES
See, you've made me snap.
Believe it or not, I'm probably not in the right state of mind now.
I'm only saying what you ought to understand; if you say something like 'I wish for your utmost sorrow', then you're only causing yourself more sorrow.
BECAUSE I DON'T FEEL ANY PAIN AT ALL!
I AM ONLY FEELING MISUNDERSTOOD LIKE A CHINESE SPEAKER IN SOME ARABIC COUNTRY!!!!!!!!!!!

4. If you don't want to see people fangirling, then avoid that place.
If you didn't get the main point of that paragraph I typed out painstakingly, then I shall highlight it clearly.
All I wanted to say was just that, bands nowadays are being overrated.
And my speech wasn't directed at YOU, if that was how it felt.
Though I really did meant what I said. I cannot stand people fangirling everywhere.
I didn't even ask you to repeat your reasons at every blog post.
'Keep your eyes very wide open' and read who it is directed to.
You know what, I will just stop here. The foreigner is getting bored and sleepy.

CAUSING ME TWICE THE AMOUNT OF ANGER/PAIN/NEGATIVE EMOTIONS?
HAHAHAHAHAHA
WRITING A BLOG POST FOR YOU THE PREVIOUS TIME.
PAIN/SORROW LEVEL: 2.
WRITING ME A BLOG POST.
PAIN/SORROW LEVEL YOU CAUSED YOURSELF: HOW THE HELL WOULD I KNOW? YOU KNOW IT BEST YOURSELF.
PAIN/SORROW INFLICTED ON ME IN TOTAL: 1. (SORROW BECAUSE I'M BEING MISUNDERSTOOD AS IF I'M SPEAKING ARABIC)

やっぱり、さようならなんだ。

GO ON, TRY!

-Falling, losing sight of it.- 12:05 PM

Now when I close my eyes and think about it,
I feel as if I'm losing sight of my life.
My goals, the motivation, the passion.
It's all gone.
Reminding myself of all this,
it makes tears fall.
Looking at my mother's whitening hair;
I cannot help but weep.
I am letting everybody down.
Most importantly,
I'm letting myself down.
If teenage life is like that,
I'd rather have no life.
I want my childhood back.
The days of playing in the playground without any worries,
The days of recognition, achievements;
The days full of happiness.
Getting along with all your friends,
Not a single quarrel.
Well, my childhood used to be one,
Where you held on to a balloon and flew away.
That was how I felt, at least.
But what I feel now,
Is as if I'm holding on to an umbrella.
It weighs me down.
It makes me feel sad that it's going to rain.
I wish to throw away this tainted soul,
Tainted with sorrow and darkness.
But it's now unchangeable.
To get away from all this pressure,
Sorrow and pain is inevitable.
All of a sudden you feel your eyes filling up.
What happened to all my dreams?
If teenage life was all about going crazy over the music you listen to,
or flaming other people,
or hating on somebody because she happens to be loving the same thing as you,
Do I have a choice to get back my childhood?
Or can I just grow up?
I'm very sick of all this.
Why can't I just go back to where I was,
when music was a form of entertainment or relaxation,
and not something people get into disputes over?
As much as I would not like these things to happen,
I'm forced to.
It's this vicious tornado which pulls me in with it,
this tornado called teenage life.
And no, I can't escape.
I'm caught within tangles.
Everything bad which happens to me now,
seems inevitable.
How long will I have to suffer?
Surely someday will come when I say farewell,
but when?

To a certain person:
I feel that you have to be more sensitive about other's feelings.
Because, right now, I think you're oblivious.
You don't get what's going on at all.
You don't understand what people feel about you, and why you are being neglected or whatever.
Please get it right, who you're talking to.
Gauge their knowledge before assuming they're inferior.
Whoever who reads this, it's not directed to who you're thinking of, even though I could say that that person is also a similar case with some exceptions.

And to everybody in general:
I hate people who go telling the whole world that "_____ is sooooooo hot!" or "I can't stop thinking about ___" or "____ is so awesome!" or "____ is better than this shit!"
Yeah, I'm referring to screaming it on Facebook, MSN status, or your blog, or in school, or whatever.
I can never stand it.
No matter how much of a fangirl you are,
fangirling is good, but I'd like it if it was confined to the four walls of your home, tyvm.
Or any private place.
Not where everybody can see and laugh at you.
Though it would be fine if it was a concert, or when everybody is fangirling at the same time.
If you really like somebody and need to say something, you should do it in a more civilized manner.
A less annoying way to say something idiotic like "_____ is awesome" is probably "_____ is awesome because ________".
At least provide a reason why. I take it better that way.
Unless you're telling me some cheesy shit like there is no reason for love.
If you really say that I'm going to tell you to fuck off.

I know very well that just by saying this, I'm going to get forks and knives thrown at me.
Could you please hold it for a while so that I can say something?
Anyway, nobody really gives a damn about who you like.
Unless they like the same people too.
Then they'll be extra cautious or something.
I don't know.

.......................................................................................................................

The more I read the things you write,
the more I feel like shutting my eyes.
I've already lost interest.
All the things that you say or do,
I'm very sorry but I have to say,
I might not even put all my effort into listening.
It's a bit wrong to say that you don't know me anymore,
because you never knew me at all.
Ever since entering secondary school,
I don't seem myself.
Whatever I did, probably wouldn't be what I would do.
I am turning, no, have turned into someone I don't know.
Even if you stab me, or embrace me,
I will still be like this.
Well I think you are getting the idea that I tell everything to her and not to you,
but seriously, I think you got it over your head or something.
Have you lost your mind?
Stop imagining things.
Of course I feel more comfortable talking to her,
because after all, I can only say you are a mess emotionally.
You have messed up my life too, but I won't say anything about it.
You are also one of the causes of my stress.
You are killing me psychologically.
Sometimes you make me feel like forgetting about you altogether,
sometimes you make me want to embrace you and shower you with thanks,
sometimes you make me feel so empty inside;
It is natural that I turn to her.
Well, how about I feed an answer to your train of thoughts right now?
She doesn't know how I was like in the past either. She is just as clueless as you.
But I see that she understands that some way or another.
And IJ girls seem to relate to each other very well.
She has an idea of how crazy I was last time, I think.
But I feel that she understands how I feel deep inside and is alright with me telling her my troubles.
It was heartwarming for her to be praying with me together.
I believe that what they say about the more people praying, the more powerful the prayer works.

To that special person:
Thank you for that lovely experience of praying with a friend and not just my sister, thank you for praying with me even though we're of different religions, thank you for agreeing with me and I hope you achieve your goals too. :)

-120th post... And facts about choir!- 8:54 PM

Yo!
It's my 120th post already!!
Woooo!

Okay anyway, I shall just cut this short.
Two interesting things which I learnt in choir today.

1. You are actually graded on your attitude.
In fact, to make it worse, you form and subject teachers are asked whether you behave in class. WTF RIGHT? But apparently I got positive comments. Teachers said that I'm polite and well-behaved in class. Woots!

2. Ms. C can be funny (and cute).
Today, she asked the music com to find pictures of nightingales, larks, black birds, thrushes, and wait for it....

CUCKOO BIRDS!

Wow, I shall be amazed at how they are gonna find pics of cuckoo birds (without getting polluted).
From what Jyoti said, cuckoo bird is a SG slang so I shouldn't worry. LOL.

And today she also said a lot about the fact that when the English cuss they don't sound like it. They still sound as charming as ever.
I learnt that "Fa la la la la" wasn't as innocent as you thought it was.
Quote: It means SOMETHING else.

Yupp, that's about it. I'm really too lazy to type now. So I shall end off with today's Vkei picture~~~~~

-Why do you stoop so low?- 3:06 PM

Maybe if you even have time,
go take a look at yourself.
Search your soul.
Reflect upon your own actions,
and ask yourself what you've done wrong.
Well there were of course many actions which triggered a negative reaction from me, but today I shall only mention a few.

First of all, I would like to ask you;
Why do you stoop so low to even steal the points which people listed for their debate?
I guess, you probably didn't even do it. You can't even be bothered to put in effort for such kinds of things?
Well I do admit, I take things like debates a bit too seriously, but it's my passion. It's fun, but you don't need to ruin that fun by stealing people's points.
Do you even think of how hard people worked to think of such good points?
And you, just happily sat in your chair, noted down all the points people brought up. Even if you did research, I am very sure you just googled the motion and then did the classic thing: Copy+Paste.
But let me tell you, things don't work this way. If you really want to get the most out of a debate, make sure you do research properly, get your facts right, understand them before making some points of your own.
Because, let me enlighten you, if you're just going to blindly copy down whatever you think is right and read out the script without thinking or even understand your points, I'm sorry but you will get shot down easily. You are no better than a complete failure. It makes me sad to not see that kind of healthy participation. More like it pisses me off.
And copying is just one thing. Let me tell you why you pissed me off so much today.
That is because, even if you copied, you should at least rephrase or change the language used. The best is, you make sure you hammer those points into your head until you are able to explain it in your own words.
Yet, you just blindly copied, and blindly delivered your speech.
Shall I quote you? After all, I can't bring up this argument without proof.
Alright, so I heard you.
"... maybe fat is beautiful too."
Don't you think this sentence is very familiar?
Well, I'm pleased to tell you that that particular phrase is original only to our group.
I've been actively listening, but it seems that no one has stated anything similar until you stepped out.
Thank you very much, you just ruined my day.
Please go and claim copyright fees from the person it rightfully belongs to.
Shall I give you the right to know who this point belongs to?
Okay, it's none other than Ginna's. And I really do hope that you respect her creativity much better than to just take that. Avid readers of listeners of Ginna, it's very obvious that's her language. If you can't tell, you need to go get a life. And I'm not trying to be mean here, I'm only fighting for our own rights.

Next act of plagiarism.
"Many obese children are regarded as cute."
Oh boy, you just snapped a vein in my circuit.
Please, for Goodness' sake, please do NOT copy so blindly.
I would like to inform you that yours truly wrote this herself. Again, as I have already mentioned, I listened out to make sure there weren't too many repeats of our points. And so far, surprisingly, nobody has brought up this point. Only until your turn. And the shocking truth is, you again did not bother to rephrase.
The keywords that I'm the most pissed about are "regarded" and "cute".
So you'll be thinking, "Oh, 'cute' I can understand. But why 'regarded'?"

Okay. Pardon me for speaking in a bimbotic way from now onwards, because you're obviously a bimbo.
Ahem.
Well, duh, your stupid brain probably couldn't register the word 'regarded' as it was too much for your pea-sized brain. Yes, it was too big a word that your brain forgot to change it! OH NO!

I shall stop here.

I'm gonna end of with this: Well, you picked the wrong person to offend. When situations make me heated, it's pretty hard for me to cool down, especially when I'm involved. Being a very stubborn person, I will fight it out with you. Since you weren't the one who thought up of the points anyway, you are at a great disadvantage.
That's because, when I was thinking of those points, I've always had the proposition in mind; what they would say, why that would be wrong, dangerous parts of the point etc.
It's very easy for me to just put up an argument. You asked me, "Aren't you on our side?"
Well, HELL NO.
I'm on neither side.
I can flip my sides anytime I want. This is a debate after all, and a half-assed school debate.
After all, the most versatile would definitely have advantages.
So, just get your asses off the floor and back off.
Know your limits.
=)

-Friday the 13th...- 8:36 PM

I think today will be a super long post. Even though I warned you about the previous posts, I believe this one will be way longer. 'Cuz I've already wrote down in point form what I wanted to blog in case I forgot. Yup, just by saying that, you get the idea that this will be insanely long.

Okay, so let's start off with the fact that today is Friday the 13th. Yes, it sure was a troublesome day for me. I ran a LOT today. Just read on and find out. Something interesting which might spur you on to read: I ran a total of 5km today. Oh yeah, this post might just sound like my P6 posts. Yay much?
IDK.

So our first period was Math. We're currently doing angles, and well I think my luck in math somehow changed for the better when Mr. T took over. I don't know why either, but I guess I'm also quite strong in the topic of angles. I think it rocks. But now, having to write the reasons is just a pain in the neck. Sigh!
Well, we did proof of different properties/reasons/methods/whatever. He was asking for somebody to prove the theory of corresponding angles. Vivian, the smart alec went up to the whiteboard to write her answer. Well, her answer was screwed up, and obviously wrong. She spent a hell lot of time there. I already got the answer but thought I should see whether she got it first but in the end I decided to let Mr. T pick me to present my solution. LOL, he ended up standing in the middle so Vivian cannot copy my answer. After I finished drawing, I asked to explain it if not it's not understandable. Then Mr. K started saying it's an advanced method lah, blah blah, it's a sec 2 proof. Then I could return to my seat and watch the drama with Vivian trying to find the correct way to draw the triangle. FAIL. She was supposed to use a proof that is more simple than mine which is kinda advanced and stuff, apparently. Although I thought mine was easier to understand and only had one line of working. Whoooo! Whereas the other supposedly simple method, tbh I couldn't get it at first but then I figured it out. Haha. For me, learning math is all about figuring out the methods yourself. Because they cannot really be taught. But that's for me. 'Cuz I'm pretty stubborn and I like to stick to my own methods, so yeah.

Anyway I shall move on to the second period of the day - English.
Yes, you probably know... It's debate time!
Yup, we originally had to debate against the whole class... But then I was whining to Ms D. that I wanted to debate today and she just let us go first. Wow.
Nice escape. Phew.
Our debate generally went quite well, and Ginna handled the rebutting nicely. But then when it was my turn to speak... The bell soon rang. I was mentally cursing it, because it meant that I had to speak quickly and nonsensically. Not really, but it just gave me less time to organize my thoughts. And this also meant that the audience weren't listening, 'cuz the bell already rang and that's the natural reaction - to not listen. Sad right?
However, I'm the last speaker, so whether they listen or not, does not matter...
It's vital in concluding which side wins though.
But we're not gonna come to a conclusion anyway, so I guess it's fine.
But I still hate the feeling of people not listening.
And that's why I hate our class.
End of story.

NEXT!
It's Literature the next period. We went to limelight studio to rehearse our plays. I can say, it was really fun, except for the fact that everybody was just not very enthusiastic... The only hyper toots were Jyoti and I. Haha.
Oh and things started taking a negative turn from this period onwards, as there was a dispute over something which I shall not state.

And then it was time for jogging!
Damn, I hate jogging. It was tiring but we soon got over it. Well, not really. I was pretty much out of energy.
Time skip till after recess and next period.

Okay the next period was Science.
Everyone was very glad Mr. C wasn't in school today. Was he in school? I'm not sure, but either way he didn't come to class. Had a relief teacher who was way more interesting, and then after going through some answers, we had our free time. And I slept. Not really, because when I wanted to sleep, people's voices wake me up. For example, A. Boy that person is annoying. Don't remind me of it. No thanks to you I lost my beauty sleep. Hah.

We went to the library next for History. Well I was pretty pissed off then. Let's assume this is just a stupid comedy okay? It'll somehow make my life easier and brighter, haha. It's a comedy called the 3 Idiots. Flashback to a few days earlier, the 3 Idiots were in class and told by the leader to copy down the question so they can write the essay sooner and without bugging me afterwards for the question. But because the 3 Idiots were a bit too enthusiastic about recess, they decided not to copy and all went for recess. So the 3 Idiots happily spent their remaining days without much thought about the essay. Then came today when the 3 Idiots asked the leader for the question. So she found out that the 3 Idiots have not started on the essay because they were too happy partying. Yes, singing and dancing while touring the world, no, school. And the leader got pissed off with the 3 Idiots and that's how the name 3 Idiots is derived from. And then the 3 Idiots continued with their party of singing and dancing, being the 3 Idiots. And they were idiot-ing around, if there was such a word. The leader had no choice but to put an end to the silly 3 Idiots party. She ended up running down just to get the Idiotic questions and had to run up again. Well the 3 Idiots were rather too engrossed with themselves that they did not take much notice about how pissed the leader was at all. The leader got back to her work and the 3 Idiots started on the essay with much head-scratching. Not very convincing, huh? But at least the 3 Idiots are finally working. The leader is happy.
Happy ending!

Then we returned back to the class for mass cleaning. I shall very well not elaborate much on that, because it is very boring and I'm getting sick of typing but persevering because of the interesting parts which are gonna come out soon.
So basically I started off by putting back up the stupid rainbow with the class pictures thing. It's damn troublesome as it keeps falling off every time we put it back. Then I got myself a better job - mopping the floor. The front doorway was completely wet and stuff and Mdm S. was complaining about this and that. I think I was the only one who did the same mopping job the whole time. I was either mopping or spraying the water. Oh, and Jyoti slacked. She's apparently very proud of it, as seen during lunch. o_O
I worked so hard = =

Finally it was lunch time and I headed for the canteen. Bought a drink then realized that we needed to hand in the lit script. By then I couldn't be bothered, decided to just hand in the kiam chye copy. The only hard copy. Sigh! And the worst thing was that I left it in class. So I had to run back to class to get it, then run to canteen. Ask about more stuff, then run to staff room and back down. Freaking tiring, okay!
So now you sort of get the idea that I ran a lot today.
But wait for it! The best is at the last part of the day!

Then during choir, Ms. C was super hyper. Don't ask me why but she was just like that. Smiley and all. And funny. But that was before sectionals okay. And then she was talking about the fact that she bought acoustic panels for the auditorium. The reason is mainly for choir, because the use of acoustic panel is to bounce the sound from the back of the stage all the way to the last row of the audience. Remember our arts festival choir performance? Yeah the last row couldn't hear much, I bet. Sucked right? Yeah but now with those acoustic panels, everyone can hear. Woots!
And guess what, you probably cannot guess how much those acoustic panels cost.
It costs 20k. WTF much?
Then she mentioned stuff like Nanyang got. And Yong Siew Toh Conservatory... She was trying to figure out what's the name. Then I was saying, Yong Siew Toh Conservatory of Music. It's located at NUS. Then Sita heard and said, "Wow you are smart." Then I was looking at her like this
o_O "Haha."
Oh and this is directed to Jyoti. Yup, finally something which involves you as I promised.
No promises made or anything, but Ms C is planning to give the band a present to share.
She was like, "Maybe we should give the band a present... After all we've always been chasing them out and stuff... But it can't be helped as once the horns blast our pitch will be affected. And they have to practice at such bad places, you know they practice outside the foyer? It's dangerous... Blah blah. You see lah, we so fortunate. You have air-con rooms to have sectionals in. Blah blah. So what shall be good to give them? Pub com members, any suggestions?"
Yeah, so that's it. Something to look forward to?
But I'm guessing it's chocolates. Hehe.
So we left for sectionals! I'm singing Sop 1. Then around halfway through sectionals, Eleanor was like, "Hey... how come you're with me?" Then I started getting nervous. But then the seniors ended up breaking up into some sort of gossip like "I think CCY gave her to us! You think so? Wow she blah blah..."
What am I, a possession or something? 'Gave'? = =
But I'm not that scared. Besides I'm halfway through learning the song, too late to turn back. And I also can reach the high notes, so no arguments please.
Oh and it was really hilarious. Our sectionals. Our song is called The Nightingale. In the middle we have to sing "Cuckoo cuckoo cuckoo" in this uber complicated rhythm which I occasionally get wrong. Yeah we definitely went cuckoo trying to learn the cuckoo part. So much for sectionals. More like 'fooling around in your sections' time. But I can't deny the fact that we did learn stuff. But did I mention that we learnt the least? LOL!
Then there was this point of time Jiaying started choking on something. Then she exclaimed "hairball!!" But Jiaying being the usual cuckoo we sort of didn't take it seriously. And we started calling her a cat. After all, only cats throw up furballs. ROFL. I have no freaking idea why Jiaying even choked on a hairball, but as I said, she is cuckoo. Leave her alone. She's a very nice senior though. ^_^
After that we went down to combine. That's the time when Ms C got a bit pissed. Well she's always pissed during combined, so nothing new. When I was about to pack up and leave, I realized that my water bottle was missing!
Okay, so here's the start of my adventure.
Of course, I panicked. Then I did some thinking and decided it was definitely in the Dot Lab. So I quickly climbed up the stairs to check. I was so relieved when I looked through the window panel and saw my precious bottle there. I wanted to open the door, but it didn't work. Got nervous yet again. Hurrrr. No choice, headed to the General Office. Boy, that's like the worst time, 'cuz practically everywhere is locked and you need to be skillful enough to know where to go. So I wasted lots of energy getting my way down too. = =
Then I reached the office and was ticked off when I found out nobody was at the counter since it was so late. I wasted a few minutes standing there like an idiot and finally walked to the back and said excuse me, to get assistance. So this guy, idk who, came out and listened to me. Then the VP came out also. Then after hearing me they thought it was ridiculous for me to want to open up the Lab just to get my bottle. They advised me to just wait until Monday. But I was rather insistent on having it back today so they suggested finding the cleaner which is somewhere in this big, gigantic school. I was of course taken aback when they told me to do that but I decided I was desperate. After running around like a mad woman, I must get my bottle back or I'm only wasting my efforts. So I ran and ran again. Oh I forgot to mention, I took this staircase up (sort of secret staircase barely anybody knows about) and ran past my choir seniors who were practicing. They probably thought I went mad or something because I ran past them a total of about 5 times. I had to run around the whole school just to find this cleaner, it's no easy task. What a grueling thing to do, climbing up 3 storeys right after climbing down. Then I was about to give up already, but when I was at the 2nd flood I heard the sound of keys. I dashed, yet found nobody. I was seriously very dejected. But then I heard the heavenly sound of keys again and sprinted like I was escaping from some monster, then shouted for the auntie. You cannot imagine how elated I was to find the cleaner. She's infamous for being very stubborn and naggy, typical elderly woman, but which some persuading I got her to open up the lab. And when she found out I only wanted my bottle she was a bit annoyed. But then I applied my persuading skills yet again and she had no choice but to help me. Very simple, just need to chat and bond with the auntie. Finally got my bottle and was like, "YEEEEEEEESSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!"
Then I thanked the auntie profusely. Haha.
You must think I have a mental problem or something, getting worked up all over a bottle.
It might seem like an insignificant thing, but it's in fact very important to me. I just can feel for my things, and I treasure them a lot. To be honest, when I was climbing up the stairs I actually felt like crying. I don't know why either, but these objects mean a lot to me. The people I've got them from mean a lot too. It's the feelings that the objects carry, I guess. When people give you things, their feelings are inside, and giving it to you probably would mean a lot. I feel for the feelings inside inanimate objects, and that's why I treasure my things a lot, and get very sad or worried when they are lost. Well, this bottle was given to me by my mother, and I've had it since P5, quite a long time already. The longer I own something, the more feelings I have for it. For example, the other day when I realized that my pencil case was missing, I also was very, very sad. I'm really very thankful to Jyoti for being such a thoughtful friend. And once in P1, I really did cry over a lost item. It was a book, Powerpuff Girls. I stuck a big PPG sticker on it given to me by a friend, and of course the book was bought by my parents. I treasured it a lot. Then one day my book went missing or so. I forgot whether it was because I lent it to my friend and she didn't return, or simply she stole it. Either way, it was missing from me. I was really very upset. Then fragments of my memory of course made me recall things like hearing her say that it's her book, or whatever. She even had the cheek to write her name on it. And I have forgotten about the sticker, but I know something happened to it. Well I can't really remember whether I got it back in the end nice and whole, but just the fact that I cried about it. Sad memories last, happy memories don't.
Hmm, so this is a new thing which you've learnt about me?
That I could cry just because something of mine was lost, even if it's not important stuff?

And to add on to the already long post - the daily Vkei picture!
Try guessing who they are!
Clue: It's got to do with something briefly mentioned above. And Jyoti and Van already know it thanks to me, what I said earlier today. HAHA~
Happy figuring it out! It's an ulu band! Muahaha.
BYE~!!

-First time shopping online!- 6:33 PM

Hi Ginna, I have finally placed an order for Survivor.
Happy Birthday in advance. LOL.

I cannot believe this is the first time I'm shopping online.
But it's good I ordered from a reliable website lah.
Though I don't really have an excuse to buy the CDs I want. Not that I really really want any CDs. Currently the thing I want to order the most is Film Bug II with all the PVs but it's freaking expensive. So it's out for me. I also want to order Moonlight, but it's kinda not worth it, seeing that it's gonna be 30+ bucks in total. And it's just a single. Aww.

It's fun to see Mr K going all "thanks thanks" on FB. Everyone is wishing him happy birthday haha.
Of course he thanked me too. XD

I'm going to rant about school stuff now.
Seriously, what's up with all the projects and homework and exams?
Or more like, why is it that all the performance task stuff is due so soon?
We don't even have time to breathe, my gosh.
This is ridiculous.
I especially would like to mention the Humanities PT, which only tells us what to do vaguely, leaving us to expect more details to be given soon before starting.
However, it was not like this.
All of the sudden the teachers announces, "Your essay is due next week. I hope you've started on it."
Come on, this totally blew it.
She probably didn't notice the fact that the class was thrown into chaos. Making people panic, making people worried about every single thing.
Why can't people just state things clearly, and also consider our feelings, the workload we have at hand, then assign us our work accordingly?
Is that such a difficult thing to do?
Well, the usual response from teachers would be, "Don't think you have a lot of homework. When we assign 1 piece to you, we get 40 back."
Yet, do they not remember the fact that doing is way more difficult than marking, especially in a project?
Group members need time, need to find a common time to meet and discuss. Communication is a serious problem here. Time is definitely another big problem. If the group is unable to work efficiently, they probably can forget about even finishing the project. Starting on a task as a group is already so difficult; then what about the process? We can't finish it in a day, can we?
We need to discuss the different questions and ideas, we need to assign work equally to each member, we need to carry out research, we need to do a powerpoint.
If you tell us to hand it in in a week, then I'm sorry, this is not as sufficient time as you think it is. It is not normal homework. For a project, a week is equivalent to a day of homework. Why is that so?
Because, if you even bother to ask, I bet that there would only be one common day every member can stay behind together; or maybe, even none at all. Now how is this going to work at all?
Not to forget, the silly members will give you gay excuses such as, "I don't feel like doing", "I'm hungry and I can't think!", "I'm not very enthu today!", "Can I go to the toilet?" or "Can we do this tomorrow?"
This is GAY. Absolute fail.
If such excuses are even blurted out every time there is a meeting, I swear it will be disrupted. They will never be able to finish their work on that day. Once something negative is said, the mood is completely changed.
So please, teachers, understand some of our pain. Marking our projects, don't require much energy.
You just need to comfortably sit on a chair, hold the marking rubrics in your hand, a pen in the other, and listen. Or maybe doze off. And just give us the marks we deserve. End of story.

Well, I'm not that unreasonable. Since I asked the teachers to do something, we students do have to play our part too.
You know what, as a leader, if I get any of this shit, I'm going to smack you.
Whack you HARD.
And shut your mouth up.
Good.
And make sure you do your work.
Thank you for listening. Now it's time to enjoy the picture:

-Why are humans born to just fade away?- 9:01 PM

Like always, holding my hands to the moon
Opening a box of sorrow

Like always, holding on to something ephemeral
Taking a breath mixed with darkness

If you ask with clear words
Why are humans born just to fade away

Inside the constant flowing spiral of time
A droplet of warmth from you
Flows down my back
A dream that pierces my heart

What do you desire from the end of the world...
Everyone always speaks of others
Happily with a smile on there face
As if their problems had nothing to do with them

The frozen despair
Used to be the flame people called "love"

The whip of fate twisted with sadness
Broke apart our entwined hands
Sparkling fragments of lovilessness
Is the key that will open the future

Like the sun rising and setting
I will cry forever

Inside the constant flowing spiral of time
A droplet of warmth from you
Flows down my back
A dream that pierces my heart

Even now I hold your smile
and worries, in my palm
Sparkling fragments of lovelessness
Is the key that will open the future

-Serenade- 11:10 PM

The sleepless nights continue, I want to see you,
my interrupted half-dreaming, ephemeral wish

You took my hand without doubting,
We walked this path together,
We promised, didn’t we?

“No matter how high the walls may be, let’s surpass them together”
Why are you no longer here? I want to see you right now

My heart is closed off, everything frightens me,
How far must I go? I cannot walk any further!

I dream because I can meet you in dreams,
Your afterimage fades away again,
Yes, like a shooting star

You are a dazzling light, tears clad in the night sky
become the key to my heart, opening the sealed door

If one day I’m able to see you I want to say,
“No matter how high the walls were, we surpassed them together, didn’t we?”
“Thank you, you can sleep now, because I can walk on my own”

The dream I saw with you turns into the key to my heart,
Someday I’ll surely bring morning to this night sky

Ah…resound to the wounds of the heart we all hide in our chests,
Oh notes, push through the shut gates and reach! Illuminate the darkness!

-Tweet!- 1:25 PM

Warning again: This might be a long post. XD

Twitter is damn fun, LOL.
Can stalk all the Visual Kei artists! OMG XDD
And a few are even following me yayyy!
Jun Murayama, Teruki, Intetsu, Kanon and Shinya (Not DEG but also drummer)
Awesome right?!
Haha.

Okiee. Update on my Jap exam!
Took the exam this Saturday.
At first I was freaking worried.
Since the paper was like 10x harder than the other two papers I took.
And I was completely not confident of getting the same marks, 99 and 99.5.
T_T
Not to forget, the oral is hard too. 2-3 questions, open ended. Sort of like interview and you have to use the sentence structures taught in the lessons. Challenging.
So I decided to mug, memorize all the mock paper questions as well as copy out all the oral questions which might come out.

On the day of the exam everyone was so anxious.
Even I was anxious, even though I studied for it.
Oh yes, our teacher was not there. She had something on. And so the teacher from the next class had to invigilate us and test our oral. Made the atmosphere even worse.
Anyway the exam started.
I took a look at the paper and was like, OMG this is so easy! The questions are the same as the mock test paper!
So it was a breeze for me, the only problem I think I encountered was the last part, the open-ended difficult questions. (Actually everything is open-ended but the rest are short answers.) This one is long question. I was a bit unsure of the grammar, but still, overall the paper was damn easy.
I was sooo relieved.
I finished the paper in 15 minutes, took another 15 min to check through it thoroughly 3 times, then realized my classmate (the one sitting next to me) was done. So I handed it together with him.
The teacher thought he finished first, what the hell. But I don't mind. Everyone else handed in around 15 min later, probably without checking. I bet they were all sick of the paper too. The four guys sitting at the back didn't study at all. Hah to them. Next was the oral, I happily volunteered to go second since my other classmate was chosen by the teacher to pick a number. He picked 7, but was forced to be no. 1. The teacher is damn freaky. After he reluctantly chose 1 she was like "ii ko desu..." And I was next so I immediately chose 2. 'Cuz its somehow my favourite number. Haha!
Then there was this fuss about whether oral should be taken alone in the next room or together in the big classroom where everyone can laugh at you. I chose together with everyone 'cuz it was more reassuring like this. Going into the next room alone is just plain... scary.
And in the end I had to switch to no. 3 because this other classmates, no. 1 and no. 3 wanted to be alone. So I swapped. But it was more like I became no. 1. Since I was the first to be tested in the big classroom. LOL.
Questions for me were:
If you checked the dictionary and did not understand how to do your homework, what would you do?
My ans: Sensei ni oshiete itadakimasu. (Ask the teacher.)

What would be good for a souvenir if I wanted to go to Singapore?
My ans: Omiyage nara, shingapooru no kitte ga ii desu yo. (If you're talking about souvenirs, then a Singapore stamp would be good.)

Where would you buy stamps?
My ans: Yuubinkyoku. (Post office.)
Note that I might have made a tiny little mistake here. Instead of answering in complete sentences, I gave only a single word reply. But it's not that big a mistake, I hope. :\

And that was the end of my exam. Hopefully I can get 99. =D

That was not the end of the day, though. Rushed to a dinner soon after.
It was the national day celebration dinner for the Holland-Bukit Panjang GRC. The main highlight of the event was to set a World Record for the largest number of marriage vow renewals. Funny right?
And there were many performances too. Sad to say, none of them were very interesting at all.
Then we also set the record for the longest yam seng I think.
Singapore sure is weird.
'Cuz we are physically inferior, we do all kinds of creative (weird) stuff to show our power.
Hilarious.

Anyway, I got a new guitar yesterday. YIPPEEEEEEEEE!!!
Remember the fact that my sister's old guitar's string broke? The 6th string some more. = =
Well I ended up getting a new guitar.
It's an acoustic guitar, not classical.
And I love it *w*
The steel strings really hurt your fingers and make them ultra sore, but it's still worth it.
I think I like the acoustic's sound way more than classical. Hehe.
It's pretty... Lemme C+P the description.
High gloss finish, Select spruce top, Catalpa sides & back, Rosewood fingerboard & bridge, Mahogany neck
Yup, so that's it.
I think I chose acoustic partly because Aoi plays acoustic. Haha.
Too motivated by D.L.N!!
Now I can't stop playing the guitar. LOL.
And I have learnt how to tweet in Japanese to improve my Japanese. XDD
I shall better end off here. In case of complaints of the post being long.
The daily Visual Kei picture:

Please don't put hate comments okay?
I know, PuraTori is quite old already.. Hehheh.
But my dear Ryutarou is still looking as young and perfect as usual. *LOVE LOVE*
I think their haircuts made them look younger. :D
Although I prefer Ryutarou with his hair slightly longer. Like in Sanatorium. X3
Sore ja, mata ne~!

-Recap of the past few days!- 8:54 PM

All right...
This will be a long post. Warning, just in case.
Haven't been blogging lately due to lack of time. But oh well. Today's post will be mostly on what has happened the past few days~~

Tuesday:
This is one insane day.
This day is one of the happiest/insane/hyper/random day ever in Cedar.
Seriously.
Well not the first part of the day. More like, towards the end of the day. Last period - science.
All the madness started when we got the idea of dumping all our bags in the middle row to block Mr. C from walking in between (thanks to Celine Toh). So even I contributed, putting my bag there. And mine ended up all the way in the front. XD
Shall not elaborate, but Mr. C was damn funny. Because he has this habit of walking forward and backward while talking, he tried walking forward and the bag obstructed him. NICE.
Moving on, there wasn't much to do in Science anyway. Especially me. Cuz the other day Mr. C said to post our finds, but nobody did. Mr. C was like, "I only saw Sze Hui's post." *beams* So proud of myself.
So the rest of the lesson was more or less slacko time. And so Ginna, Gladys, Amalina, Trisha and I started screwing with the notice board. Not in THAT way, but still...
It was kinda messy.
But Ama and I called it "artistic". And boy, that joke lasted for like ever.
Talking crap like, "We will win the best class award cuz our notice board is so artistic!"
And we were messing up all the notices and thumbtacks, making it more 'artistic'.
But then Trisha decided to go make the board neat and tidy.
Was like, "WHYYYY?! It's so ARTISTIC!" (Because by then I was already in hyper mood)
Then she said "I like it neat!"
Me: I like it artistic!
Right, so it was going nowhere. So I stopped complaining but we ended up putting the nice encouragements paper up artistically. :) YAY!
And not soon after Ginna and I started becoming kisiao when we found out that we had this 5 day long holiday. Friday included cuz no classes. Yippee!!! So out came my kisiao mode after a long long long time. And it's probably the first time anybody saw me being kisiao. I think Serena was pretty shocked too.
Then when school officially ended I was packing my bag... and I noticed this white tissue paper crumpled and put in my Crumpler. (notice the pun)
It said something on these lines (can't remember, cannot be bothered to dig it out anyway):
Hi Sze Hui,
I'm the ghost in your bag.
I'm going to haunt you~~ (Okay not so sure about this part but obviously the keyword is GHOST)
...
And there was this apparently "freaky" yellow bracelet or something in my bag.
At first I was pretty puzzled. But I realized since my bag was put right in the front.. And the only person close enough to me to write this kind of stuff is Fiji! Nice one but too bad. I really appreciated the fun though. It was a nice conclusion to my kisiao mode.

Wednesday:
Jyoti not in school today! Calling in sick. See lah, still don't want to eat, your immune system become so weak... then you fall sick.
Silly, naive girl! Next time must listen to your elder's advice! Hmph!
Pretty nice start to the day.
Wednesday was choir's turn for sharing.
AND THE SENIORS SANG.
Stand By Me.
Jyoti, how could you miss this? Damn.
Everyone thought it was good.
It's not a normal choir song.
And now everyone's addicted.
Oh darling, darling, stand~ by me~~ OHH~Stand~ by me~~
Not to forget the bass line.
Ultra catchy.
Okay sorry for side track. But they also played the video of them singing Zai Ixoiten. It's really nice.
To be honest, the first time I heard them singing it, I almost cried but had to hold it in. And it's also the first time I've been so touched by music. The video was very good, as the church's walls made these awesome sound effects... Their voices practically reverberate on those walls.

And was back into hyper mode again!
Well, only during choir.
I ended up talking crap, like seriously.
Because we were doing I Could Have Danced All Night.
And it was indeed a very hyper song.
So yeah.
Not to mention, in one part the altos have to sing...
"You must be dead."
Check that out man, I cracked up the moment I saw it. It was written with a very serious font, times new roman I think. With a full-stop at the back.
Epic.
Then after a few pages, there was another even more epic phrase.
"Your eys are red."
Nope, it's not a typo. That's how it was written in our score. EVEN MORE EPIC RIGHT. Spelling error.
What's up with your eyes being red?
If people dunno the song right, they will misunderstand.
"Dead... Plus red eyes... equals to VAMPIRE!"
EEEEK.
Well of course there was much more fun during choir but again, I shall not elaborate cuz I'm running short of time and this post is getting too long. My father is gonna come down anytime soon and force me to go to bed.
= =
Oh right.
Another ridiculous lyrics was, "I only... PUT DOWN YOUR BOOKS!"
Haha.

Today:
Didn't do my history essay! Cuz Jojo misunderstood me and told me next week. Ugh. But I don't blame her. At least I managed to rush it out by recess and PRINT.
I'd say today I was pretty high too but nah not that much.
Now is night time high.
WTF.
Probably cuz of recalling the events.
And the super long convo on FB.
Oh wait. Accidentally skipped a significant event.
I FREAKING BROKE MY GUITAR STRING OH GOD! IT'S THE 6TH STRING THE THICKEST ONE AHHHH!!
I was like tuning it, cuz I realized I tuned wrongly, and I had to make it super sharp again. Cuz I turn turn turn and eh? How come the E string so loose? Then I realized instead of tuning the D string I was tuning the E string. How dumb. I must be blind or something. So I tightened it again. and SNAP!
It broke.
Sigh. When I just managed to learn a new song and all...
I shall very well end off here.
Is being FORCED to sleep.
I shall try to persuade my parents to get me an electric guitar and let me take courses!!
Hehee~~~
If not I'll be happy with just a new guitar! ^_^

Edit:
Almost forgot today's picture.
Yes, they are all black and all...
But still, appreciate it.
Girugamesh desu~

And I shall end off today with something interesting:
Ken Tanaka. Go search for this guy on Youtube.
I swear his videos will crack you up.
And they may or may not be useful. XD

-要用望远镜看别人,要用放大镜看自己- 4:04 PM

要用望远镜看别人,要用放大镜看自己

"Use binoculars to look at people, use magnifying glass to look at yourself"
That's what it translates to.
I guess, until now I still can't forget that Chinese saying.
There are many interpretations of this saying, but in my opinion...
It means, you should not just look at all the bad points of a person. Sometimes, you just need to look at people's good points. Secondly, you must also remember to look at yourself before criticizing others. Because, you do not realize, how imperfect you yourself are, yet you pick on others' bad points.
Using a magnifying glass, you are able to see all the fine details of yourself. So instead of using a binoculars which is unfocused and does not show all the qualities of a person, use a magnifying glass to look at yourself, every small little thing which happens will be seen perfectly and clearly. Therefore you should learn from there.

I don't know whether you get it or not, but either way, I'm not gonna waste any more time. Why should I even bother? Why should I make it my burden, and help you any longer?

Well, hello world, I'm done with being Little Miss Nice.
Good night.

-111th post and addressing random stuff!- 8:55 PM

YAY! It's my 111th post. Nice number XD
Please don't comment on how little posts I have or how my blog sucks, thanks. :P
I think today's post will be about random stuff. 'Cuz it's just minor things. Haha.

Anyway, after this super long consultation with my mother, I have finally found out how to handle this person known as Vivian. However, I also earned myself a lecture and more nagging... Quite a waste of time but I think it's still worth it. I shall remember to apply in the future.
Please say your farewells to your never-ending nonsense, for the next time it shows up, I swear I will give you hell. With much pleasure. =)
I will show you what my idea of a 'leader' is.
So please, enjoy your life while you can. ^_^

Gosh, Gin Ichimaru pwns any day. He's working his way up the ranks of my favourite Bleach characters. When he used to be one of my hated characters.

I suddenly find myself listening to ALI Project's Baragoku Otome. It's a good song. Her vocals are so interesting, it draws you in, yet sends shivers down your spine. Chillingly beautiful. It's a superb song for something which isn't much of an anime. I somehow enjoyed Ouverture a lot. Suigintou is my favourite character after all, I pity all the pain and suffering she went through. And, an imperfect doll... Still is the most perfect of them after all. Such irony.

I think the choir auditions today were just unfair to Vanessa. I mean, she has a very bad sore throat and cough, it's way more serious than what all the others claim they have whatsoever. Until now she has not recovered. And it's bothering her. She's been trying so hard and forcing herself to sing even though it's so painful. Yet why doesn't my SL understand. At least, S1 SL was way better. She completely understands how Van feels, esp when she also got a sore throat. Sore throat does not equal your singing sucks. Please get your facts right, and think before saying people are off-tune.

Okay, now the time has come for the daily picture~~
Yes, Fiji, there is a different picture everyday... I will not run out of pictures... The day I run out of pictures is the day this blog is officially dead.
9GOATS BLACK OUT
